Briarwood Presbyterian Church is seeking to hire a Shepherding Pastor. He will provide shepherding leadership with a team to shepherd our Church of about 4,300 members. He will shepherd around six Congregational Communities (500-600 people); serve as a Community Pastor in several Congregational Communities; lead Community Pastors; and work closely with lay shepherds.

Briarwood Presbyterian Church PCA in Birmingham, Alabama, is searching for a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and manage its Youth Ministry for grades 7-12 within its congregation of over 3,500 members. The Youth Pastor would be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a complete student ministry to our covenant students including programming, discipleship, evangelism, outreach opportunities, retreats, and leadership training. This role will also oversee, train, and develop the youth staff team to equip students to worship God and to reach their schools to reach the world for Christ.

CMMA Administrative Assistant
The basic function for this position is to provide the “hub” of support for the Executive Director. Responsibilities involve organizing and scheduling the workload in such a way that maximizes office efficiency for the ministry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, adept at managing multiple tasks, and have a ministry mindset with great communication skills.

• Responsible for web site management in coordination with our hosting service
• Track attendance and maintain statistics for all CMMA events
• Provide logistical support for up to 4 mission trips per calendar year (including announcements, posting of online applications, and scheduling of travel and lodging)
• Planning, promoting, and attending weekly lunch/speaker events at UAB
• Planning, promoting, and attending annual student Welcome Dinners and events
• Maintain general correspondence to supporters, board members, and community
• Coordination of special events
