BRIARWOOD NURSERY MINISTRY
We are committed to creating a safe, caring, and spiritually nurturing environment for children while parents participate in worship. Our nursery cares for two-month-olds through four-year-olds by providing age-appropriate activities in a clean and secure environment.

Angie Neugent, Nursery Director

Angie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s in Instrumental Music Education. She first began working at Briarwood in 2019 and began her current role as Nursery Director in 2025. She loves having the opportunity to create an environment for laying the foundation of Truth in the lives of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. She aims to provide an atmosphere of intentionality and joy for the little ones while parents are involved in fellowship, ministry, and discipleship. Angie married her husband Chris in 2002, and together they have 7 children.  They have been attending Briarwood since 2011.

NURSERY INFORMATION:

SUNDAY NURSERY:
The Briarwood Nursery is available on Sunday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and Sunday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. We are committed to sharing God's love with every child in a welcoming space with age-appropriate play and activities allowing you to attend worship with peace of mind. Reservations are not required for Sunday Nursery.
How to Prepare for Nursery
WEDNESDAY NIGHT NURSERY:
Nursery for Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. is available during MidWeek seasons. Fall MidWeek runs from mid-September to November and Winter/Spring MidWeek runs from January through April.  Reservations are required for MidWeek Nursery.
MAKE RESERVATIONS
WEEKDAY DROP-OFF:
Weekday Nursery is available for children, ages 2 months - K4 (not yet entered Kindergarten), of anyone attending a church ministry event/Bible study or for members of Briarwood that need drop-in childcare.  Click here for information on pricing. Reservations are required for weekday drop-off.
